ASUS H61M-F CPU-fan doesn´t stop

When doing a shutdown of my PC (Windows 10) the CPU-fan doesn´t stop. In order to stop it I need to turn off the power to the PC.
Motherboard : ASUS H61M-F with an Intel I5 processor

You probably have a faulty CPU fan or something is going wrong with the power being sent to the components from the PSU to motherboard.

So what you are saying is you press shut down, the shut down screen starts and then then all of the OTHER fans turn off except the CPU fan? (This includes the power supply fan). This is a very uncommon thing (that I have ever experienced / heard of)

Thanks, maybe a faulty CPU-fan. Yes the the power supply fan stops correctly. If I do a restart of the PC the CPU-fan shutsdown correct and starts after e few seconds. So for the restart function I have no complaints.
