My Computer Specifications:

CPU: Intel i7 4790
Motherboard: Asus H97 Pro Gamer
Ram: Corsair Vengeance 8GB (Single Stick) 1600 MHz
PSU: Corsair GS 600
GPU: Nvidia Quadro 4000
CPU Cooler: Hyper 103
Storage: Segate 2TB HDD
Case: Cooler Master Elite 370

(I Build this PC for 3D animation, 3D Modeling Purpose and some Gaming)

Basically, after the completion of my build. I checked everything and everything was working fine, I installed Drivers and for checking purpose I played Max Payne 3 for 2 hours and everything was working great. On next day I was working on my pc then, my pc started restarting continuously, then I turned it off. When I powered on, I quickly notice the red VGA and CPU LED lighting up for a second. Right after, the red DRAM LED lights up (not flashing). There is no video output in this case. I made sure I placed my RAM in the correct slots, and I even tried inserting 8GB RAM (Single Stick) on other slots one by one onto the motherboard, but still no luck.

Solution
@himgim might gonna need more info on your build.

I'm running Asus H97-pro gamer without issues. One thing to note is that the number of standoffs on the north part is only 2 although there are 3 holes but only 2 should be used according to the manual.

Same problem with Asus H97-pro brand NEW. Dram LED is lighting and no video on screen.
I have changed the RAM module, but I have the same problem. The RAM module is working fine on another PC with the same motherboard.
I think the motherboard is broken...

In my case I use: i5-4440
(I have built another PC with the same config and its working fine).
Now with this new hardware, same config, nothing is working :/
I ordered a new Asus H97-pro, I exchanged it with 'defective' motherboard, but I have the same problem! DRAM is blinking.
I don't understand...

I have try with i3-4130, and the problem is the same.
I ordered new ram compatible qvl with this mobo, and the problem is still here.
Maybe the bios is too old for this cpu?
What is the most cheap cpu compatible with this mobo?

I have checked the standoffs, and yes, there is the problem.
I removed two standoffs who is not used, and put again the mobo, and all is working good now.
Thanks for this useful advice :)

So far, no issue after changing to new case. Strange?

Yes guys. Upgrading to a new case gets the job done! I have upgraded to Corsair 100R. It is a pretty good case. Also look at the motherboard user manual, top right stand off doesn't need to be installed.
