This would be awesome when used in tandem with a PCI riser, you could probably fit it in an extremely small HTPC case with some good CPU cooler like the axp-100 and a blower fan.

6 pin = 75w
8 pin = 150w
geforce uses 6 pin x2 the only amd problem is the TDP not the power.
Power consumption was my point. Thus TDP. NObody likes a smartarse.

Oh no I believe you. THe HD4870x2 was just as bad, but a lightning fast card.
to me most important is how well those small cooler going to handle the heat. i already like the compact look. hope to see the card got bench soon. btw they mention this card was launched earlier than expected. does something new coming our way?
