Solution
Didn't you understand my previous explanation? That is normal. 900MHZ is 1800MHZ doubled, which is how you interpret DDR memory. Data is transferred twice with each cycle. Your system is working correctly at 1800MHZ.
You can check your BIOS version with a pgm such as CPU-Z: http://www.cpuid.com/softwares/cpu-z.html
...under Mainboard Tab.
You can get the latest BIOS update at the MB's manufacturer's site: http://www.asus.com/Motherboard/P5P41T_LE/
...under the Support Tab.

But only update the BIOS if you know what you are doing. Interrupting the BIOS update or updating with the wrong BIOS can ruin your MB. If you aren't comfortable doing the update, just buy a new fan that is quieter or get a fan controller.

my MB S current bios version is 1/13/2011 { 0604 }and on the latest bios version available for my MB on internet is 2011/03/09 { 0604 } their is a difference between them wht do u suggest me to do

It's only crash free if you have the bundled recovery software, the proper BIOS on USB disk, and know how to use it. Only you can be the judge of how important it is to you to want to update a perfectly good working BIOS, and if you have the knowledge to do so.

If you have ver 0604, you already have the latest. I have no idea why your BIOS setup program doesn't follow the manual. Unless you are not reading it correctly.

[i ve read it correctly their is no mention about how to control its speed their is only about chassis fan rpm showing option in bios and in bios on that option their is its current speed which is showing 3324 rpm and when i enter on that option their is one other option saying ignore it thats all

No decision to make on the BIOS. Can't update it any further. If you don't like the noisy fan, I would get a replacement or a fan controller. Are you reading the correct fan speed? 3000+ RPM sounds like a CPU fan speed.
Remember to look for decibel ratings if you buy new. Try to keep the decibels below 25 if you are sensitive to noise. And remember, large fans move more air quieter than small fans.

i am using unbranded system 1st time in my life thats why i am hesitating and taking advice and info about it cause i ve used mostly branded systems like dell optiplex 755,745,620 their i ve changed all of these system bios when i had them they were so simple just click the bios file and system will restart and after 10 or 20 seconds bios are updated very easy

yeah i am reading it correctly it is showing 3308 rpm of chase in speedfan and basically like i said i used branded system they are too silent not noisy at all but this chase fan is making noise too much and i like my system to be silent

heloo sir my gpu temperature is going upto 50 or 53 degree celsius but i want it to be below 45 when its temperature is below 45 all games work perfectly but when it goes above 45 to 50 or 48 almost every game starts a bit slowing down and starting lacking a bit give any advice how to decrease its temperature
