Asus HD 7770 DVI works but HDMI no-signal

Hello, I upgraded my graphic card two days ago, from a HD 4650 to a Asus Radeon HD 7770, The two DVI port works perfectly, but when I try to connect my TV to my PC
with the HDMI, the PC detects the TV, but the TV says no-signal. Is this the card problem?

Sys specs:

Athlon II x3 425
Asus HD 7770 DirectCU 1GB GDDR5
8GB RAm

Well, it's because the plastic of ny hdmi is to fat, so get the 2mm of space when connecting, and stuck on the computer case, just cut the plastic of the hdmi, everything working fine
