Well, since most countries in the world use 220, I don't see a problem
Only some parts of America and Japan are still on 110. So yeah. This is a PSU that works for the majority of the people without any issues. This works perfectly well in any common wall socket
 
That's still only 2500 watts. For a 3000W PSU you basically need a 240v line installed, which isn't impossible but more something you'd see in a shop then an office.
True but closer than a 15a. The other connectors listed are not common household AC power. Proper wiring and a 20a breaker is a must. Dryers are 220v. No cheating!:)

You absolutely would not want to put a 3000W PSU on a 120V 20A circuit, which is the circuits in most households. 125V 60hz foreign appliances are compatible, because physics, but the breaker plug is still go when it hits it's own internal limit. A 3000W PSU is going to want a 240v circuit from the breaker box. The outlet in the wall doesn't really matter, it only exists as a safety measure to prevent a user from plugging in the wrong thing and starting a fire.

What matters is the breaker in the circuit box and the wiring from that circuit box to the outlet itself. Those breakers exist to prevent you from pulling more power then the wiring can take, otherwise your home will look like the 12VHPWR connector on an nVidia GPU.
 
What exactly what 15amp north american breaker is this not going to blow? Are we seriously at the point where you need a 240v drop to power your gaming pc 🤣
Sorry but 240v would not be required as the supply will only produce to the level of the load required. If your supply has a load that requires 800w it will only draw that amount plus an additional 10-15% based on efficiency (90% to 85% conversion loss). So if your supply is 90% and you are using 800w (which is excessive for most pc's) then the wall would see about 880w even if your supply is a 3k unit.
