Hey guys, so I purchased an ASUS UX31LA from someone about 9 months ago, came with Windows 10 preinstalled. I've been using it for work since then but one day when i turned on my computer after a long time my touch-pad stopped working. I plugged in a mouse and figured that the drivers got uninstalled somehow, so I reinstalled the drivers but that didn't help. I also noticed that my WiFi was constantly dropping and reconnecting. I also noticed that all of the preinstalled asus applications got removed out of nowhere. I started to have a lot of issues and errors so I ran a windows memory diagnostic and everything came out clean. I ended up reformatting windows 10 and i still has issues with my drivers. I would install the drivers from the asus website and nothing would work properly. I even installed Windows 8.1 drivers but that didn't help either.

I ended up reverting back to 8.1 where everything seemed to work perfectly fine. The touch-pad, wifi, and everything else seemed to work fine. I ended up upgrading back to windows 10 because I just hate 8.1 and everything seemed to work the first five minutes then it started having a meltdown again. Now the audio doesn't work even after installing audio drivers, the touch-pad is working intermittently, and the wifi keeps dropping. I tried watching a video on YouTube to test the audio but that wouldn't even play! I'm getting sick and tired of this stupid ASUS hunk of garbage I'm ready to throw it out the window.

Note: I'm fairly knowledgeable with computers, I work as an IT support specialist at a company but this is driving me INSANEEEE. I'm ready to switch to another computer but if there is any insight of what I can do with this machine much would be appreciated, thank you.
