Asus laptop won't let me reset to factory without windows media disc

I am selling my Asus X551M model laptop, and need to reset to factory and delete everything. When I do the reset through the bios troubleshoot setting it requires the media, but this laptop has no CD drive, and i don't have the software on a USB. I have also tried to reset it through the settings when logged on. That way loads for a bit, then goes straight back to my regular login and hadn't deleted anything.

If it's got Windows 8 or 10, there should be an option in Settings > Update & Recovery > Recovery > Reset (or something like that - can't remember exactly).
