Hi,
I builded my pc 7 years ago and I think its time to buy something new :)
My idea is to buy:

-ASUS LGA 1151 PRIME Z270-A Intel ATX Motherboard

-Intel Core i7 6700K Processor (4 GHz, 4 Core, 8 Threads, 8 MB cache, LGA1151 Socket Box)

-Corsair CMK8GX4M2B3000C15 Vengeance LPX 8 GB (2 x 4 GB) DDR4 3000 MHz C15 XMP 2.0 High Performance Desktop Memory Kit

-Asus DUAL-GTX1060-O3G NVIDIA GeForce OC Edition 3 GB GDDR5 192 Bit Memory PCI Express 3 Graphics Card - Black, 24 X 4 X 11.5 cm

Does these parts works together? I use pc only for games like wow or lol so im open to suggestions if you thnk that I need to replace some parts with cheaper alternative.

Thank you for your time.

I would go with this in the UK. Under your budget and gets a better GPU than the 1060 3gb. The RX580 will have more longevity in gaming than the 1060 3gb.

Yeah, they will work fine together. You will need a CPU cooler as the 6700k does not come with a cooler.

I would look at the Cryorig H7 or H5 pending on your budget and case.

No sure your location or budget, but here is a more modern CPU and a better GPU. It is on sale and is a very good price. In the US it is the same prices as the 1060 3gb and will get better performance.

The AMD 2600 is a really good CPU that offers 2 more cores and 4 more threads than the 6700k. It supports overclocking and comes with a good stock cooler.

If I read right, you're thinking about doing SLI with the 1060? Just know that SLI has very very limited support these days. Games must specifically support SLI, otherwise it's just going to use one of those 1060s. Unless you already own the two cards, I'd go up to a 1070 or better...you'll get better performance for less money.

Hi thanks mate, im from UK.
I been planing to get:

Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO CPU Air Cooler '4 Heatpipes, 1x 120mm PWM Fan, 4-Pin Connector' RR-212E-16PK-R1

Hi mate, no I wasnt thinking about SLI. Does people buy 1060 just for SLI?

what's your total budget for this?
it's a bit odd using 3-5 year old parts for a new build

The 1060 does not support SLI. I think he got confused by the name of the GPU as it is the Asus Dual 1060. it is just the name of the GPU and not planning on using 2 1060's. Those marketing guys don't make things easy in the tech world.

Im aiming for about £600-£700
I have powersupply, ssd, hdd and case itself so I just need main parts
What would be your suggestion for possible build?

True, prices in USA seems so much lower than in UK for parts what u suggested :/

Any idea if BIOS needs to be updated in order to use cpu?

doesn't. works out of the box. I see I've picked the 8500 by mistake. I mean it's a good CPU, the 8400 delivers almost identical performances though for 15€ less.-
