So thanks for the reply, I actually just figured it out on my own! (I got in using my pin instead)
And I fixed the fingerprint problem!
At first I found this page on ASUS that gives a complicated process of uninstalling and installing a new driver for this, but there are too steps and too many versions of the fingerprint software to get mixed up. I couldn't quite find the right one for mine. This is their page (
https://www.asus.com/IN/support/FAQ/1013518?SearchKey=zenbook%203%20deluxe%20fingerprint%20reader/)
Then I decided to figure out an easier way on my own...
I simply went into the Control Panel (which is located under Windows System),
Then I clicked "View Devices and Printers"
Then I clicked on the Icon of the "Laptop" itself.
Then I clicked the "Troubleshoot Button"
And it automatically detected the fingerprint driver wasn't functioning properly.
Then I just clicked "Repair" and then restarted my computer.
What a relief! And I hope this helps others as well...
Best of Luck!
