asus m2npv-vm won't boot

I bought this board a while ago, I bought a Processor for it after I got it, once I put the processor in I plugged it in seeing if I get the BIOS to come up for me. All I got were the fans running and and nothing coming up. I tried everything. I took out the Processor, unplugged everything but the VGA and Power, nothing. Any help? Thanks

Do you have compatible processor ? Compatible BIOS ? Consider possibility that MB is not good ?
