Asus M5A78L - LX3 + FX6300 have FPS drops

Hi guys. I have ASUS M5A78L LX3 and FX6300 but when I am playing games there are fps drops for 30-40 sec periodically. When I am looking CPU Performance Graphic in Task Manager, the CPU usage downs %50 (1.5 GHz) at drop times. I think I have CPU bottleneck by my mobo because i was using MSI 970A G43 and there was not any problem. So what can i do except replace mobo? (because i bought it 1 week ago)

Did you swap out motherboards w/o doing a clean install of Win? I'm not quite following the fact that you were using the same CPU on 2 different boards.

^^^^^^^^^^^^ + 1 for the reinstall.
Could also be overheating and throttling. (removing the stock cooler and reinstalling it without using new paste could cause that)
If that is a used motherboard resetting CMOS could also help.
The motherboard just connects the parts besides different options and overclocking ability their should be no performance difference.
