Asus M5A97 LE Ram clock

Hello all.

I got a Patriot Ram 8gb 1866MHz

On CPUz it said it's a 1866 speed but when i go to my bios, the speed is set to 1600Mhz in it's default. Am i supposed to change it to 1866mhz?

What does it show in CPU-Z in the memory tab - if running 1866 in the Frequency window it should be at 933 since this is DDR DOUBLE data rate. If it shows 800 then it's at 1600, 667 would be at 1333

Yeah in the SPD tab it sais 933MHz for the AMP column. I set the frequency in the bios to 1866. Thanks! Does it matter if it's single stick?
