ASUS M5A99X EVO R2 only sees 16gb when 32 installed

board: ASUS M5A99X EVO R2
cpu: AMD fx 8350
Ram:Ballistix bls8g3d1... 8gb 1.5v
Graphics Nvidia GTX 750i
Issue: my board only sees 16gb of the 32 installed. The ram is not on the compatibility list but i don't see how that makes a difference.

Also
the board has 2 pci express 1 speed but installing the graphics card blocks one ot them off. Can anyone reccomend a board that takes the same processor that doesn't have these problems.. or at least how to get my exusting pricessor see all 32gb? Thank you

That could be caused by using OS that only supports 16GB of memory. Windows 7 Home Premium - Limit on X64 - 16 GB

It could be your combining DIMMs sold as single modules instead of using a single 32GB kit.

Sadly not in this case. Even the bios only sees 16gig even when I rotate the modules.
Indivdually each stick works, so no faulty sticks. . Ironically. windows 10 pr 64 bit see 32 gb but only 16 available

Yep. that's the module installed. four of them.
