Just as the title says, the ASUS Matrix R9280X requires a 8+8 pin pcie power requirement, does the z87 ud4h only have 1 8pin? if so am i better getting the ASUS R9280X DC2 where it needs 6+8 or better getting a new Mobo with 8+8?? If you could explain what the pins and technical stuff is as well would be appreciated, having difficulty researching the two products.

CPU - i5 4670k
RAM - G.SKill Ares 8GB (4x2) DDR3 2133
Storage - Samsung 840 Pro 128gb SSD
Case - Corsair CC500R Mid Tower
Cooler - Corsair H110 Hydro

Mobo - Z87 UD4H

If you have any suggestions please say, any advice is appreciated

Since this is my first time making a build what should i be looking for to make sure things are compatible as a build and not just individually good, tbh i see the specs and i just see numbers and letters, as far as i know my only concern is heating and power, power seems to be okay with the 650w but im sure about the cooling, but im sure there are far more features which should be checked with each other.
Thanks for helping with the Pin etc btw :)

so far you seem to be pretty good on the compatibility, my only other advice would be, in case you arent planning on overclocking, drop the H110. the intel stock cooler does its job at stock speeds adequatly. will save you some $ to spend maybe on your ram. (i cant over reccomend corsair's vengeance kits, never had any problem with it.)

also, if you are making a gaming PC, you dont need uber fast ram. 1600mhz ram with the CL9 latency will preform better and be cheaper than 2400mhz ram with CL11 :)
