asus maximus hero vi no beep

Im uprading my motherboard, processor and ram my problem is that i get no beep after i turn on the pc. Theres is no display. The cpu doesnt heat up also. The q code is 00. sorry if theres a thread for this but im desperate and im only a kid.

My specs are
I5 4690k
Asus maximus hero vi
Msi gtx 560 ti 448 core
16 gb crucial ballistix tactical low profile
Rocket fish 700watt psu
Case is razer nzxt s340
