Asus Maximus Hero VII Q-LED Code 00

Hi I've recently encountered this problem where the Q-LED Code on my motherboard would show 00 after a couple days (Re installed Windows a couple of times,shows AO but after drivers & update installations it goes back to 00) of use when earlier it was A0, I've been having this issue for a while and I build this system 2 mouths ago, at the time it was fine and had no issue, I've done some research and found out that the code means "Not in use" and usually it's a BIOS or hardware issue. So what I did was I replaced the motherboard and swap out the ram but still the same issue. I also have the CPU OC @ 4.6 GHz - 1.3v - Adaptive Mode; the strange thing is that the system boots fine, just the BOOT device LED switches on at the beginning but the goes off .

If you reinstalled windows - looks like your motherboard is working, what is problem?

Well I don't know if it's a problem or not but it just show 00 and from what I've read is supposed to show either AA or A0 when there are no issues with the system.

If it shows different codes while booting- its working.
After boot complete it may show different random codes like 00, FF, even one symbol.

Yes it doesdo that, sobin your opinion there is nothing wrong with my system.
