Asus Maximus VI Hero Z87 vs Asus Z97-A

Which one of these is better. I realize the maximus is z87 so I'm not sure how much worse it is.

Between those 2, the biggest difference might be that the Z97-A will be upgradeable to the Broadwell CPUs when they are released where the Z87 Hero won't, otherwise the the Z97-A is much improved over the Z87 version, it will OC about the same as the Z87-Hero, Bios has been improved also so prob about on a par with the Hero

Love the Hero's but in this case I'd go the Z97-A to have the upgrade path to the Broadwell CPUs 😉
