Question ASUS MAXIMUS VIII IMPACT BIOS Reset After Power Supply Disconnected

Hello everybody
I'm new here, so please be gracious.

My ASUS motherboard always resets into default settings after I disconnect the power supply.
If the power switch stays on, the BIOS will not reset.

I always used the device on a power strip that I always turned off after usage.
One day this problem occurred.

I tried to:

1. replace the CMOS Battery (multible / always 3.3 volts )
2. unplugged all SSDs and tried again
3. down flashed the bios to a older version

I have no idea what's the problem.
Had any of you ever had such a problem?

Did you check the CMOS jumper?

This board has no jumper. There is a blutton to clear CMOS and one to flash BIOS.
I used this button like the manual explayned (disconnect power cord and press 5 secunds).

Also I disconnected all cables except mainboard power and CPU power.
Al well I removed the BIOS Chip and plugged in again.
