Asus MG248Q Best color settings?

Hello folks,

Bought an MG248Q monitor the other day, i have been trying to calibrate the settings to my liking but i got nowhere doing so... anyone has good color settings for my spanking new monitor? most settings i find are way high for brightness and they hurt my eyes (i do not wear glasses) and are either too bright or too dark where i can't see certain lines in white backgrounds like google search for example.

any help would be appreciated
