ASUS MOBO Boot devices are all wrong

I'm going to attach pics because they will demonstrate my issue better than words. I was hacked awhile back, so I'm finally doing a format and clean install of Windows now.
I use a DVD of GParted to format my drives and create partitions.
Yesterday I installed Windows, and when Windows 10 Pro came up, on the left side of the screen there were two Windows Boxes (Wish I had taken a pic of this). One box said Start Windows from Volume 1 (Pretty sure that was the volume reference) and the other box said Start Windows from Volume 4
I've done Clean Install of Windows 10 probably 5-6 times between my laptop and desktop, and I've never seen this before.

OK, I used GParted today to delete my partitions and format my 1TB drive into one partition. I wanted to keep it as simple as possible. I booted up my ASUS UEFI Motherboard after the partitioning was complete, and saw very strange boot screen. Here's where the pics will tell the story. Currently I only have ONE hard drive attached - the 1TB I mentioned. I always unplug my external drive when doing an install.

Here is pic 1 link. (The Gparted DVD has been removed from my DVD drive, and I have rebooted)

Notice how there are two UEFI hard drives, and a UEFI DVD plus a standard DVD?

I rebooted the PC again, and the boot screen looked the same. I even went to ASUS to check for a new BIOS - NOPE, I'm current.

So I powered off my PC, got a cup of coffee, and started it up again. This time here was my boot screen:

So I went ahead and installed Win 10, but I'm also a bit concerned that this weirdness displayed on my boot screen. Makes me nervous.

I know i could have sent this to ASUS tech support, but I have had terrible tech support from ASUS. This is my first ASUS product of any type, and it will be my last. Anyway, this forum is a great resource, so I wanted to bounce this off you guys first.

1| Even if you're on the latest BIOS, it doesn't hurt to reflash your BIOS manually from within the BIOS UEFI.
2| Have you tried removing your CMOS battery when you noticed the plethora of boot device's?
3| If you're not undergoing any issues then you're fine as is. Just keep in mind though that changing your partition size after installing Windows 10 can make it go belly up. so you may want to re-partition the drive and reinstall your OS.

Mind if I ask your full system's specs?
