Asus Monitor has 2 lights out

My Asus monitor has 2 lights that will continuously not work on the bottom panel. Sometimes turning it off and back on will make one of the two lights work again. By lights, I do not mean pixels. There are 4 lights on the bottom of my monitor and 2 are not working which leave darker spots. Attached is a picture that shows my problem. Anyone know what this is?

I have tried different HDMI cables, different power strips, different settings on the monitor.

It's an indication that the issue is in your monitor itself. It's due to the LED's being faulty/failing. Might want to show this to your seller/retailer if you're yet within warranty.
