ASUS Motherboard Driver Help!

Hey,

I'm new to computer building and have a quick question about updating the drivers of your motherboard.

I have an ASUS P8Z77-V motherboard and I'm was about to download the drivers from their website but I have no idea which ones to download.

For example, under the 'BIOS' section of the downloads there are 6 different drivers to download.

Which one to I download? All of them?

Its the same for all the other drivers.. SATA, USB, LAN, Chipset...

Any help would be much appreciated!

Only update the bios if you have issues.One glitch during a bios update can cause major issues.

Find it confusing!

Why don't they delete the old updates when the new ones are made available?

Would make things much simpler.

Would you recommend downloading all the untilites drivers as well?

Area51, thanks for your replies. That answered my main question as well.

I do have one additional question about the utilities drivers -- Are the driver updates generally cumulative, meaning that the changes/fixes contained in, for example, v1.01 are contained within the subsequent ones (v1.06, etc)?
