Video Card Nvidia GeForce GT 640 2GB.
Memory requirements: 2xDiMMs,max 16Gb,ddr3 2200 (O.C),2133 (O.C) ,2000 (O.C),1866 (O.C),1600,1333,1066,non-ECC,un-buffered memory.

I want to buy 16GB memory.

I'd look for a set of 2x8GB 1600 (prob the best your CPU (the MC of the CPU is the determining factor as to what data rates you can run) will be able to handle, it might be able to run 1866, but don't count on it. With your rig the Fury should work, I'd look to the Ripjaws X or Sniper lines of DRAM
