Asus motherboard help? Orange light

I have all my cables plugged in correctly and when I turn on the power supply the rgb lights turn on in the top left and I get an orange indicator light right next to the 24 pin power. My board is a ROG STRIZ Z370-E by ASUS.

what the manual said the light is?

It means stand-by.

Most probably it's just the power LED, indicating that the motherboard is receiving power. Still, check your manual to be sure.

ok so is stand by light, do you have an issue or problem?

I think it means it's in stand-by mode and hadn't received actual signal to power on. I tried pressing the on button. Maybe the front panel connectors aren't right?

Fans aren't spinning, and the GPU does not seem to be receiving power either.

Everything time. The 24 pin wasn't fully plugged in. Those cables are so finnicky man.
