What do you plan to do with it? Will you be doing SLI/XFire, have a need for water cooling the board?

#I well use it for gaming then i well use it for engneering in next 3 years...

#About sli & xfire. If i run 2 gbu is this mean i should buy 2 tv to use it???
At both i will use sli. its the best(if is it Important for engneer i will take sli /xfire)

#i Complicated with ROG in some of these mobo and i dont know what does it mean?is it mean no need for liquid cooling?or what ( i think i will do OCin next days not sure)

With the 4770K - and based on what you've said, I'd suggest the Asus Hero, great mobo and will cover anything you want to do including SLI/XFire if you end up going that route, mine is running at 4.6 24/7, I've got 32GB of 2666 Tridents and have run 780s in SLI on my rig along with a ton of other DRAM and GPUs
