Question Asus Motherboard VGA light on. GPU working fine

Hello,

I just upgraded my PC, everything seems to be working fine. Except the VGA light turns on most of the time after restart skips POST and occasionally it is off.

Specs:

I7 13700k
Asus z790 strix wifi
Msi 4080 gaming x trio
Asus vengeance DDR5
CM MWE Gold V2 1050


Tried reflashing/resetting BIOS, Reslotting RAM/GPU.
Pls help. Could this be a faulty MB issue?

More likely to be a BIOS bug if the system otherwise behaves normally.
