Question Asus motherboard with Intel prices i7 doesn't boot with a different GPU ?

Hi guys,
I have an Asus X99-WS/IPMI motherboard with Intel prices i7, doesn't boot with a different gpu.
It was running fine with an RTX 3070 Ti, but I replaced it with a GTX 1060 and now it doesn't boot and it gives an error code 53 on the motherboard.

When i put the RTX 3070 Ti back it works without any issue.

I tried the GTX 1060 in another PC and it was working normally. This motherboard doesn't work with GTX 1060, however it is compatible with it.
Did anyone have the same issue?

I checked all my hardwares, they are all fine.
I just need to enter into bios but with gtx 1060 installed in the pci-e slot.
Help me if someone know how to fix it?
