asus mx279h montior

So I just bought another asus mx279h today. My first one was from amazon and its perfect white is nice and bright. But then i Just got this one couple hours ago and the theres a yellow tint on it. I returned it and got another one at my local bestbuy. And the exchange has a yellow tint on it too! like i've looked at my old monitor and the settings and they are both set at the same spot but. I don't know what to do anymore. Please help.

This isn't very helpful but is there a protective film on the screen that needs to be peeled off?

no there isn't. i don't know whats going on it works fine on my borthers computer but not with mine it dim and has a light yellow tint, than my other one. I have no idea what to do now lol.

What type of display cable are you using to plug into your monitor?

I tried hdmi to dvi. And hdmi to hdmi nothing.

Did you use the same cable that your brother used when he plugged it into his PC? If not, try using s his cable and see if that works. A cheap or damaged dsiplay cable actually explain the issue.
