My Asus Laptop E403SA can't install OS. I have deleted the partitions and now it is saying "Windows cannot be installed to this disk. This Computer's Hardware may not support Booting to this disk. Ensure That the disk's controller is enabled in the computer's BIOS menu."

Try resetting the BIOS to defaults and try again. Disk does not have any partitions on it now correct?
