So I ran a benchmark just now, for some reason it's saying that my Core clock is only 705 Mhz and memory clock is 3004. Any ideas?
Heres my setup
Intel Core i7-3770 CPU x 1
Gigabyte B75M-D3H Motherboard x 1
Kingston DDR3 2X4GB 1600M CL9 x 1
Kingston 120GB V+200 SSD x 1
Seagate Barracuda 1TB Hard Drive x 1
LG GH24NS72 SATA 24X DVD-RW DRIVE BLACK x 1
Asus Video Card GTX660-TIDC2O x 1
Thermaltake Power Supply TR-600 TR2 600W 72% Efficiency 120mm Cooling Fan Retail x 1
Enermax Ostrog Case ECA3253
Windows 8 Pro x64 and here are my total results using 3DMark11 set on Performance

Ok, so i ran that program. Heres the info it gave me still doesn't seem right.

These cards throttle back when they hit their power limit, they will do so in furmark. also if they get too hot they throttle back. You can get msi afterburner and increase the power limit. use msi afterburner to log and record your temps, power useage, gpu useage and clock speed to check what is happening. If it hits 100% power limit it will throttle back. My card did that when it was set to stock, so i bumped up the power limit, and no more throttling. I even bios modded it to give me up to 150% power limit. different cards have different max pwer limits.

I was watching power usage, it was steady at 109%, not sure how many watts that equates to, will have to check it out and c if i can raise it even higher. So basically right from the start my gpu could have been throttled

Ok so according to detailed stats 225 watts is max. My GPU tweaker gives me the option to change min voltage (MV) but won't let me change max, I watched the MV rating while running the test and it tops out at 1175.
