Hey, recently i've discovered, while fixing my ram in the bios, that i have got 2 modes, Normal and Asus Optimal.
It tells me that i get a huge preformance boost with Asus Optimal Mode.
But i am concerned about my pc components, becuase i've heard that Asus optimal mode, over clocks your system?
What are the risks ( if there even are any ), which component (s) it at risk, and should i enable it after all?

CPU: Ryzen 5 2600x
CPU Cooler: Thermaltake Contac 9 ( the only fan that is cooling my pc except the psu fan and gpu fans if they are important to mention )
MBO: Asus ROG Strix B350-f Gaming
GPU: Gigabyte GTX 1060 3gb
PSU: Be Quiet! Pure Power 11 FM ( 650W )
RAM: 2x8 ( 16 )GB 3200Mhz
