Question ASUS P11C-X Motherboard - Status 20

Hey,

I have an ASUS P11C-X Motherboard motherboard which I only received a few days ago

CPU: Intel Xeon E-2124
Motherboard: 2 x Crucial CT16G4RFD8266 16GB 2666MHz ECC Buffered DDR4

When I boot the system up, I get a code of 20 on the bottom right? I've searched on their site, but can't find anything for code "20"

I've tried only putting one RAM stick in (in different places too) and also reseating the CPU and Fan for the CPU

Any idea what the issue could be?

Do you think it could be the buffered RAM work? I've even tried non ECC ram and the same issue occurs
