Asus P5K-VM BIOS Query

I have a custom built PC with a Asus P5K-VM mobo which has internal graphics built-in Product Webpage

I have installed a ZOTAC GeForce GT 610 Synergy Edition 2GB graphics card Product Webpage

The BIOS is updated to the latest version. What settings should I change in my BIOS so that the internal graphics is "ignored" & the graphics card is "used"?

All you have to do is to connect the monitor to the new graphics card. You can't and shouldn't disable the integrated graphics.
