Asus P5ND2-SLI good or bad?

i have an Asus P5ND2-SLI and i herd from a friend that it doesnt overclock well and has issues, can anyone back him up or is this not ture?

I dunno. Try overclocking it ;-)

Nvidia chipsets dont clock really well for Intel. 965 or 975 are way better for ocing.
