Question Is it worth me upgrading just the GPU ?

I have an ASUTEK PRIME H310_M - R.2.0 motherboard with a XFX Radeon RX 570 XXX 8GB GPU and an
Antec NeoECO Modular 650W Semi-Modular PSU.

My main requirement is a good display when using X-PLANE 12 or MSFS 2020 flight simulators. I am not in the market for a full PC upgrade at this time.

I am wondering if I could improve my display by upgrading the RX 570 and if so what replacement should I consider. and what benefit I should expect.

What your Specs first off cuz you don't want and bottlenecking occurring . . . . .

Run YOUR games, but lower your resolution and eye candy.
This makes the graphics card loaf a bit.
If your FPS increases, it indicates that your cpu is strong enough to drive a better graphics configuration.
If your FPS stays the same, you are likely more cpu limited.

WORTH is something only YOU can determine.
RX570 is an older low end graphics card. Your 650w psu can run something stronger.

If you upgrade, pick a big upgrade or you may be disappointed if you do not see magical results.
Look for RX6600, RTX3060 or ARC770 class.
