Asus P5W DH DELUXE Memory upgrade

Hi

I'm planning to upgrading our asus p5w dh deluxe memory from 3gb (3x1gb) to 8gb (4x2gb) for several reasons (windows 7 ultimate 64-bit and games) but i don't now where to buy or what type of memory i should buy.
Could anyone help me please?

You may install 256 MB, 512 MB, 1 GB, and 2 GB unbuffered ECC/non-ECC
DDR2 DIMMs into the DIMM sockets 800mhz/667mhz or 533 Mhz
Always install DIMMs with the same CAS latency

NOTE:
Some old-version DDR2-667 DIMMs may not match Intel
On-Die-Termination (ODT) requirement and will automatically downgrade
to run at DDR2-533. If this happens, contact your memory vendor to check
the ODT value.

Due to chipset limitation, DDR2-667 with CL=4 will be downgraded to run
