Asus P8H67-M Pro bios update model of bios image does not match

Hey all i am trying to update my bios to avoid any issues for when i get my new card and well im not sure why but the Asus suite II updater is not working. I keeping getting the bios image does not match the bios rom currently present.

I am on Windows 10 Pro 64bit and there is no listing for win 10 just 8.1 which is the one i have downloaded:

I cannot find my spare USB stick so im not sure how else to go about this?

I know it;s a older motherboard but the i7 2600 (non K ) is still a good chip and i would hate to have to upgrade.

so found a usb added the bios it couldn't be read using ezflash, somehow i managed to not brick my board and now i am considering just getting a new board /chip which sucks because i've read that my chip is still top tier? I don;t have a lot for upgrading but i am open to suggestions (only considering because i hear that the 3.0 satas on this board die after 2 year and i have no front USB 3.0.

Suggestions?
