Asus P8P67-M PRO upgrade?

Hi all,
Im having issues where my computer boots, shuts off after 4/5 seconds, then reboots.
I was having graphics card issues before this and that is sent back to the manufacturer.
While my pc is lying idle i was wondering what would be a suitable upgrade for my Asus P8P67-M PRO mobo to try and rectify this issue? what is the procedure for this? such as changing over cpu to the new board?

How old is your PSU? Could you elaborate on your GPU issue?

Intel Core i7 2600K Processor
Asus P8P67-M PRO Motherboard
8GB Corsair PC3-12800 1600MHz DDR3 Memory (2 x 4GB sticks)
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560Ti 1024MB Graphics Card
Corsair TX 750W PSU
Set-up is about 6 years old
my new GPU (GTX1050ti) stopped working after a few months and i have my old one reinstalled but when the computer does boot there is no graphics output
