Hello there,
I have decided to buy either of the two boards but I'm confused in selecting one.
I'm considering a board with dual PCIe 3.0 x16 slots but the ASUS P8Z77-V Premium is quite expensive for me.
So,I found a solution in ASRock Z77 Extreme9 which has almost the same price as that of the ASUS P8Z77-V Deluxe board.

Also, I would be doing SLI with 2 ASUS GTX Titans, hence dual PCIe 3.0 x16 condition,[or is that really necessary?]
I mean wouldn't dual PCIe 2.0 x16 suffice like that on the Deluxe board!
Would be playing graphics demanding games like Batman Arkham City,Crysis 3,Assassin's Creed 3,etc with ultra settings @1920 x 1080p initially with an upgrade to 2560 x 1440p monitor later.

Can anybody list out the pros and cons between these two?

Solution
I would 100% go for the ASUS P8Z77-V Deluxe Support for 32GB of DDR3 RAM, USB 3.0, SATA 6Gbs/, CrossFireX and SLI, LucidLogix Virtu MVP, Intel HD graphics, Quick Sync video, Smart Response Technology, Smart Connect Technology, and more. Additionally, as an enthusiast board, ASUS built it with a robust power design. Utilizing a 20 phase power design built to Intel's VRD 12.5 specifications (16 for the CPU and 4 for the iGPU). It should have a solid foundation for overclocking. ASUS included support for some additional features such as WiFi support, Bluetooth, MemOK, AI charger, anti-surge support, BIOS Flashback and more.
