Asus P8Z77-VLK

I just built my new PC and it will not power on at all. I get one LED lighting up on the Motherboard but no fans or lights anywhere else. I have tried a different front panel switch to no avail. My current build is

Asus P8Z77-VLK
Nvidia gforce 670 GTX
16 gb Kingston Hyperx
Intel i5-3570k
Thermaltake Black Widow 850W
Antec 900 case

Read the manual

that LED is telling you something

Check the voltages on the main motherboard connector and also on the CPU power connector to make sure power supply is working properly. Make sure you use a digital volt meter.
