Asus part number 08G17006752

I've an ASUS Graphic card with ASUS P/N 08G17006752 rev. 1.02. It is an AGP card. I need the drivers for this card. What is the model ? Why there is no model on the card and only the part number ?

Command prompt... Debug... -d c000:0040... Keep hitting the 'D' key and enter until you see the chip type...
