Hello Community,
I have just bought an Asus PCE AC68 from a friend, which worked 100% fine. It initially worked until I started to tweak it to increase the signal strength, which is when my monitor started to flicker... (yes, that was not a typo, it really did flicker). I disconnected the antennas at the back of the WiFi card, which is when the monitor turned off altogether. The WiFi card is no longer detected within my system, by both Asus's WiFi control system, or on Device Management.
I later realised that my WiFi card was very close to the graphics card (the lane above it), which could suggest a short circuit... Do you think that this is the case?
Any help will be greatly appreciated!
