What the Dominus can't make toast or coffee too? Junk! Lol. That's a really nice motherboard, wish I had the need for one and the cash to pay for it. I'll settle for my 2700x, and even it is overkill for anything I do.

What's the intended usage for platforms like this? Massively parallel workloads? In which case I wonder about the marketing style.

I would assume things like professional rendering of cgi and prosumers that like you said have workloads that can leverage the multithreading capabilities but they do kind of seem like they are marketing it to gamers or something with a name like Dominus.
