No, only the B350 and X370 motherboards allow overclocking on the AM4 platform.

Like I said, B350 and X370 only for overclocking, couldnt see the info you mentioned on the board website, ahh I found it, it also says "* Specifications and features vary by model, and all images are illustrative. So you cant overclock.

I know this is an old posting and you are only able to overclock up to the turbo boost only which you would need a B350 board.
