Asus prime (b350-k) won't boot in duel Chanel inside case.

So, i have a Ryzen 1600 build, the Mobo is an asus prime b350-k, i Had some issues getting it to post inside my deepcool smart LED case, so i set up a Ghetto test bed and got it to boot, so i put everything back into the new corsair 300c, And now i can't boot duel Chanel, but can outside the case? doesn't matter which DIMM i use, one stick will work, but not two. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xCnwTMaKh1k linked video is similar to my issue.

sorry, I'm new this is my first pc build, what should i be checking for? too many standoffs? not enough?

Too many. An extra standoff could short the board and cause the issue. Each standoff has to match a board screw hole.

I checked the standoffs there are no extra ones touching the mobo at all, I haven't updated the bios at all could that be worth a shot?

Not sure, since working outside the case.Hardware related, I'd say, but not sure what.
