Question Asus prime b350m-a boot issue

I cannot boot on this motherboard.
This is what happened:
I've installed Win10 with uefi
Everything worked pretty fine
After doing some settings and needed to restart my pc, it entered into bios.
Sometimes i can see my boot drives on here, sometimes i don't. Have tried RAID and AHCI But never boot.
Fast boot/Normal Boot and CSM auto: i cannot see them
Fast boot/ Normal Boot and CSM enabled: can see them but can't boot
Fast/Normal boot with CSM disabled: cannot see them or boot
The funny thing is: i can read from them ( by going into ez flash 3 utility and selecting update via storage)
Im on latest bios version
Any help?

Did you create your installer for Windows 10 using Windows Media Creation Tools? Just for the sake of relevance, include the BIOS version you're on at the time of writing.
