Hello Community!

So I've been looking for a motherboard that best suits for a Ryzen 3 1200. And I was wondering what the difference in performance or capability that the B350M-E and the B350M-A is. And also which one is better for overclocking?

Specs:

CPU - Ryzen 3 1200 (3.1 Ghz)
GPU - GTX 1050
RAM - 8gb DDR4 2666 Mhz
Storage - Blue WD 1 TB
PSU - 450 BT

Thank you for your time.

They both are essentially the exact same board save for their color scheme and placement for the M.2 drive.

I wouldn't choose either since their power delivery area around the CPU socket is devoid of any heatsinks. How much can you spend and where would you like to source your motherboard purchase from?

B350M-A has 4 memory slots with 64GB (while the E version supports 32GB max), 6x Sata 6GBs ports (while E version has only 4), and has an RGB Fan header. Both mobos have the same - ASUS DIGI+ VRM: 6 Phase digital power design so they should have the same performance and overclocking capabilities.

Well my budget is around the $100-$120 price range for a motherboard. And I mainly source off from Newegg and Amazon.
