So I built my fiancée a rig for her and I to game together a year or so ago now, and at the time of building I noticed the case we got from microcenter didn't come with a rear fan. No issue cause I had gotten an aio for her to use so I planned to just buy her a rear fan at a later date. Fast forward to today (when I remembered that I forgot to buy her a rear fan until now). Keep in mind the whole year using it she's had no issues whatsoever.

I go to install the new fan tonight and see that all the fan header's are being used. So I just piggy back it off the front fan connector. Then after booting I immediately get the infamous "Cpu Fan Error" message and get sent to the bios. I checked all the headers and all the connectors several times and everything is connected properly. And up until now there had been no issues with cooling at all. I've tried swapping the aio pump connector to a different header instead of the cpu fan header and no luck. No matter which header I plug the aio pump into it pops up with the error and when I check bios whichever header the pump is connected to says it unresponsive.

So it leads me to think that there's suddenly something wrong with the aio pump itself. I was just wanting some more opinions cause I'm kinda at a loss right now. It was fine before but now after adding a rear fan to the rig, it's overheating (I'm talking up to 90C just sitting in the damn bios). Any feedback would be appreciated.
