Question ASUS PRIME H610M-A D4 LED codes ?

Hi all,

I have an ASUS PRIME H610M-A D4 motherboard with the correct DRAM installed on it, but after everything is connected, I'm getting a fast blink for a couple of seconds, then a slow blink for a couple of seconds then a long slow blink. I've been trying to scour for the exact LED codes for this motherboard but have only come across https://www.asus.com/support/FAQ/1047023/ which doesn't address this motherboard.

Would anyone have any ideas if the LED codes are the same, and if so, what should I be looking at? Like I said, brand new DRAM that is compatible with the board, brand new mobo, no chips, or anything, everything seated right but still having this issue.

PS: Cooler Master MWE Bronze 500 Model: MPX-5001-ACAAB
RAM: 2x PATRIOT PSD48G240081 DDR4 8GB RAM
Processor: BX8071512100F - Intel Core i3-12100F
Hard Drive: 2TB, brand new, brand doesn't matter, nor an OS installed yet.
GPU: Only using the VGA on-board video

All hooked up, tried variations of one stick of RAM, both sticks of RAM, hard drive connected, hard drive disconnected, but same pattern of lights.

So I just tried throwing in a Nvidia GeForce 9800GT, didn't work, but I threw in a GeForce 8800 Ultra and it came on, and said the VGA was not supported by the UEFI driver. At least it's progress!
